The air-conditioned gym boasts the latest in technology training machines, all the training machines come with video TV screens to keep you focused and motivated whilst training.  The gym has a free weights area and training balls for the extreme fitness fanatic.  For the less motivated individual, personal trainers are available on request to plan your exercise routine and to deal with any problem areas you wish to work on.

The names of the treatments all originate from the practises of the Ancient Egyptians and truly add to the magic that the land of Egypt instils in all visitors.  The most popular by far is the “Cleopatra Program” which includes a sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi with a sumptuous body scrub consisting of milk and coconut.  A face mask is applied, and a full body massage given including hands and feet all are made with special aroma therapy oils.

With relaxation in mind the whole floor plan of the spa has been thought through very carefully, the massage and treatment rooms are located in a quiet corner and decorated in simplistic harmonic colour schemes.  The spacious Jacuzzi is the centre piece to the spa, along with the two saunas and the wet massage area.  Dream Spa has a very strict policy on massages and treatments and these are performed by the highly trained staff; that has all been personally appraised in their techniques and people skills.  Mixed sex massages are strictly forbidden.
