Hello my friends, here I am again!

 

I hope you are all ‘in the pink’ and full of positive energy.

 

Today I would like to tell you about the nice Russian trainers at the Sabirova Dance School.

 

I myself attend the aerobic classes held by my dear Lena, who is a qualified, highly disciplined teacher. Sada, who teaches Taebo and self-defence, is always amiable and punctual. Alla’s yoga classes are also truly wonderful. With her calming charisma and endless patience she shows us exercises to make us flexible and keep us young; good for body and soul. You get the feeling that everything is in best order, and that is exactly how it is. On top of all this beautiful music is played, harmonizing with the various types of sports, activating us for our physical training, which is so good for us.

 

However, the trainers do not only teach adults, they are also there for children from all different countries. They teach them their first dance steps, do stretching exercises with them and practice doing forward- and backward-somersaults. The children are so cute. In return they have the chance to perform in front of a big audience on a proper stage at Barbara’s and Thomas’ Bordiehn’s Restaurant. 

 

I would like to say a big ‚thank-you’ to all the kind Russian teachers, who put so much effort into bringing fun and cheerfulness to all.

 

Many thanks also to Barbara and Thomas who so lovingly take care of the children after their performance, treating them to drinks and snacks. Then Barbara sings to us all while Thomas takes care of the music. It is really great that these two people have so much time for children and arrange these wonderful evenings.

 

I do have to point something out: in Germany I would have to search very hard to find so many sports possibilities und such dedicated teachers.

 

But here in Africa we are quite spoilt in this regard! Thank you and all the best!
