Thursday, January 13th was a busy night at the roof of the German Consulate at Hurghada. Many people gathered to watch the presentation of a charity check of £6128 from Stefan Reichl, the General Manager  of Breakers Diving and Surfing Lodge, to the Hurghada Evangelical Church. This money was collected from donations by guests at the Breakers’ New Year’s Eve festivities. The pastor of the Evangelical Church of Hurghada, David Gabra, was very thankful to receive the donation to further his efforts in helping homeless and orphaned children in Hurghada. Stefan Reichl, General Manager of Breakers, with his wife, were delighted to give the donation to the church. The advice and recommendation for the act of charity came from Karin and Peter Elly. They have always taken an active part in Charity. Thanks to everybody participating in this and other donations, David Gabra with his wife Eva can do more for the needs of Hurghada’s impoverished children. The charity from The Breakers Diving & Surfing Lodge is a good example to follow for the tradition of charity in order to bring light and goodness to our world.
