The Kamareia Resort is a beautiful housing complex, newly innovated apartment hotel.
The project consists of 3 housing phases, the building of administration and hotel in front. It consists of 27 luxury villas and 84 apartment homes.

Each villa is on 3 levels with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, living and dining room, reception area, large American kitchen and terrace (sunny terrace).
The 19 apartments are (with two designing styles) 115-135 m² with private garden or terrace with 30 m², pool-view or side-view. Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dining and living room and open American-kitchen. Lower apartment will have a private garden and upper apartment will have sunny terrace.
The 65 Studios have two designing styles too: The first style with bedroom, living area, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace and the other style the same like the first but without bedroom. Studios offer approx. 49-70 m².
The Kamareia Resort uses only 42% of area for buildings and 58% this is green area. The owner and executive contractor of enterprise Kamareia Resort has 100% ownership of the piece of land.
