Designed by John Sanford of Sanford Golf Design, the Madinat Makadi enjoys 1.4 million square meters. 18 hole Championship Golf Course, par 72, 6 sets of tees and a 9 Hole Short Course with par 27, makes it strategically designed and built to USGA standards. Such a magnificent premier can host international championships at any level all year round.
Overlooking the exotic coastline of the Red Sea, Madinat Makadi Golf Course excels a significant 7,500 yards area; making it one of the longest in the region. The course is oriented with best world standards. The Golf Course is surrounded by residential units, lagoons, beautiful scenery and three salty water lakes coming from the beach wells. These lakes are connected by two cascades, which are considered as hazards well positioned and waiting any stray shots. With five of our 18 holes overlooking the Red Sea, three of them having a nice view of the lakes – our Golf Course will be the perfect retreat for golf lovers.
Club House
In the extended clubhouse complex, one can enjoy a coffee break or sip on a cool refreshing drink at the outdoor pub, followed by a dip in the 6x15 meters pool which is only a couple of steps away. As for the meal, it can be savored at the a la carte restaurant which offers breathtaking views of both the golf course and the beach. For the special occasions and large events, a private function room is available upon request.
Additionally, a fully stocked Pro Shop is available for you offering a wide range of up-to-date golf accessories, so you can purchase all your necessary equipment should you be missing any; and other services include daily rental sets, club cars, trolleys or a caddy.
Golf Introduction Monday, Wednesday & Saturday from 2:00 – 3:30 pm for Non-Golfers. Children from 6-12 years complimentary.
